Silvino Lobos

Silvino Lobos, officially the Municipality of Silvino Lobos (Waray: Bungto han Silvino Lobos; Tagalog: Bayan ng Silvino Lobos), is a 4th class municipality in the province of Northern Samar, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 15,299 people.[3]
