Shopping centre Valkea

Kauppakeskus Valkea is a shopping mall in Oulu, Finland. The mall includes about 60 shops, department store Sokos and 66 apartments. It's Osuuskauppa Arina's biggest investment so far, about 100 million euros. The estimated amount of new jobs it offers is about 400.[2][3] The building is currently the tallest apartment building in downtown Oulu.[4]

The mall was opened on 14 April 2016. The opening weekend gathered over 80 000 people to the mall. The opening day itself attracted over 23 000 shoppers.[5]

gollark: It's possible that I have some fundamental misunderstanding of how to make the networking stack happy with all this, but the examples I found did basically the same stuff so WHO KNOWS.

gollark: I don't really know about the details at all, but I think the way it works is that when you observe one end, it collapses into one of two random states, and the other one collapses into the other. Or something vaguely like that.
