Sergey Chernetskiy
Sergey Chernetskiy (born 9 April 1990 in Sertolovo) is a Russian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Gazprom–RusVelo.[3] In August 2019, he was named in the startlist for the 2019 Vuelta a España.[4]
