The municipality covers an area of 11.68 square kilometres (4.51 sq mi), and has a population of 879 (as at 28 August 2006).
Sebranice lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) west of Svitavy, 46 km (29 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 137 km (85 mi) east of Prague.
