Schœlcher
Schœlcher is a town and the fourth-largest commune in the French overseas department of Martinique. The town was named Case-Navire until 1889, when it was renamed in honor of French abolitionist writer Victor Schœlcher.[2]

Geography
It is located on the west (Caribbean Sea) side of the island of Martinique, and is part of the metropolitan area of Fort-de-France, the largest metropolitan area in Martinique.
gollark: But the question just states it as fact and has "yes, torture fat person" and "no, no torturing fat person, you are awful and want the entire city to be explodinated".
gollark: I suppose you could argue that I don't believe it as a "matter of principle" thing, but from what I've heard torture is *not* actually a very effective way to get information.
