Saxton, New Zealand
Saxton is a suburb at the southern end of Stoke, New Zealand, to the northwest of Richmond, New Zealand. Its principal feature is the Saxton Field sports complex, which includes Saxton Oval - the main cricket ground of Nelson.[1]
The population was 1926 in the 2013 census. This was an increase of 228 people since the 2006 Census.[2]
Education
Garin College, a state-integrated Catholic secondary school for Year 9 to 13 students,[3] is located in Saxton.[4] It has a roll of 526 as of March 2020.[5]
