Satomi Ikezawa
Satomi Ikezawa (池沢理美, Ikezawa Satomi) is a Japanese manga artist. Her works include Guru Guru Pon-chan, Othello, and Sue-chan wa Himitsu. In 2000, she received the Kodansha Manga Award for shōjo for Guru Guru Pon-chan.[1]

gollark: The main issue is that the dictator does not have much of an incentive to be good once they're in power. At least in modern democracies you have a *bit*.
