STDU Explorer
STDU Explorer is a file manager for previewing and managing PDF, DjVu, Comic Book Archive (CBR or CBZ), XPS and image file formats such as BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, PSD and WMF.[1] It works under Microsoft Windows, and is free for non-commercial use.[2]

Features
STDU Explorer supports standard operations such as cut, copy, paste, move, delete, rename,[3][4][5] context menu integration and tree views of folders.[3] The program has a preview pane for flipping through multipage files,[1] it can generate adjustable thumbnail previews[1][4][6] of the images[7] and the content of PDF e-books.[3][4]

gollark: There's one company which has a highly ethical* workaround, IIRC. They sell Linux kernels with security hardening. Obviously Linux is under GPLv2. So they give you the source and stuff, but also will ban any customers who distribute it from any of their things ever.
