Sport Vereniging Nishan 42 (sometimes rendered Nishan '42, or similar) is a Surinamese football club based in Meerzorg. They begin their first season in the Surinamese Hoofdklasse in 2015–16, following promotion from the SVB Eerste Klasse.[2] They won their first Beker van Suriname, Suriname's top cup tournament, during the 2014–15 season.[3] Then they played the President's Cup in 2015 and won it for the first time also.
