Słobity

Słobity [swɔˈbitɨ] (German: Schlobitten) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wilczęta, within Braniewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) west of Wilczęta, 28 km (17 mi) south of Braniewo, and 62 km (39 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia). The village has been the property of the Dohna family since 1527.[2]
