Russia national baseball team
The Russia national baseball team is the national baseball team of Russia. The team competes in the bi-annual European Baseball Championship.

Summary of The Team
Their team is the color red but has no mascot due to the team only playing in the national league it is just representing Russia. The Russian national baseball team has never won a championship. Their highest placement is 2nd place. Their Head Coach is Vladimir Timakov, who was one of Russia's top players in his time. Assisting him is Victor Cole. He was a Major League Baseball pitcher with the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1992 and has 16 years of Professional Baseball experience. Some of the Russian national baseball teams players have been to the minor leagues but have never been in the majors. The team was formed in 1987 because they were chosen to represent Russia in the Olympic Committee.[1]
