Ronan Darcy

Ronan Thomas Darcy (born 4 November 2000) is an English footballer who plays for Bolton Wanderers.[2]

Career

Darcy signed for the Bolton Wanderers Academy in 2009 at the age of 8.[3]

On 5 May 2019, Darcy made his senior debut, coming on as a second half substitute for Craig Noone in Bolton's final game of the 2018–19 season away to Nottingham Forest.[4] Darcy's scholarship contract was extended for a further year on 21 May 2019.[5] He scored his first goal for Bolton Wanderers in a 5–2 defeat to Rochdale in the EFL Cup[6], and scored his first league goal for the club in a 5-1 defeat to Lincoln City.[7] On 15 June 2020 Darcy signed his first professional contract, signing a new two year contract with Bolton.[8]
