Ron Grigg

Ronald Ernest Grigg FRS is a British chemist and emeritus professor of organic chemistry at the University of Leeds.[1]

Education

Grigg received his PhD from the University of Nottingham and studied at the University of Cambridge with Alexander Todd.

Career and research

He worked at Glaxo Laboratories from 1952 to 1960. Grigg was Professor of Chemistry at Queen's University, Belfast from 1974 to 1989.[2]
