Ritsuko Taneda
Ritsuko Taneda (種田 律子, Taneda Ritsuko) is a Japanese musician who is the bassist for the pop punk group Shonen Knife. She toured with the band intermittently for two years prior to 2008. When Atsuko Yamano, one of the band's founding members, left in 2008, Taneda was made permanent bassist for the band.[1] Taneda was also a guitarist/vocalist in J-Pop groups Keihan Girl and Denki Candy prior to her involvement with Shonen Knife.
