Riding High (1943 film)

Riding High (also known as Melody Inn) is a 1943 American comedy film starring Dorothy Lamour and Dick Powell, made in Technicolor, and released by Paramount Pictures. It was nominated for the Academy Award for Sound Recording (Loren L. Ryder).[1]

Premise

A city girl (Lamour) goes out West to star in a nightclub act and meets a gold prospector (Powell).

Cast

gollark: 7 still has the resource wastage, maybe telemetry and forced updates, and also maybe other-OS-breaking.
gollark: But it does, nbecause that negatively thingies the user experience.
gollark: Windows gives you forced updates, telemetry, Candy Crush, general resource wastage, randomly breaking other OSes you have installed, and in-OS advertising. Linux distros don't have this.
gollark: Wait, is it running it in a VM now or something?
gollark: I mean, I think you need to do some hackery to make GUI apps work, but generally most stuff is available, sure.
