Richmond Dale, Ohio
Richmond Dale (sometimes Richmondale) is a census-designated place in central Jefferson Township, Ross County, Ohio, United States.[1] Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 45673.[2] It is located along U.S. Route 35 southeast of the county seat of Chillicothe.
History
Richmond Dale was laid out in 1811.[3] The community derives its name from Richmond, Virginia, the native home of a first settler.[4] A post office called Richmond was established in 1814, and the name was changed to Richmond Dale in 1829.[5] The change in name was intended to prevent repetition with another Richmond, Ohio.[6]
Education
Richmond Dale has a public library, a branch of the Chillicothe & Ross County Public Library.[7]

gollark: Ah. Well. I don't think your boundary is drawn reasonably then. This does not particularly harm anyone. Presumably if someone has much of a suggestion (which you won't utterly ignore) they will say it.
gollark: I mean, yes. I don't see where you're going with this.
gollark: What?
gollark: Most of the criticisms are not "you are unserious".
gollark: Not particularly.
