Residence life at Ohio University

Residence life at Ohio University revolves around three campus greens, or community areas that house residential students and staff, promote college living, and are centered around tree-covered green spaces. Ohio University's Department of Housing and Residence Life mandates that all first-year and second-year undergraduate students live in on-campus residence halls. Residence life staff also facilitate educational and social programs based on departmental values important to college living.[1]

East Green
Named after Elmer Burritt Bryan in 1949, this hall was built in 1948 and is on College Green.

There are twelve residence halls overseen by the East Green residence life staff.[2]
