Ravi Kant (professor)

Ravi Kant (born 14 September 1956) is a Professor of Surgery and the director of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh.[5]

He was the Vice Chancellor of King George's Medical University from 2014 to 2017 and head of surgery at All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Bhopal before that. Earlier he was faculty at Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi. The Government of India awarded him the Padma Shri in 2016.[3][6]
