Ramayanam (1996 film)

Ramayanam is a 1997 mythological, Telugu film directed by Gunasekhar and produced by M. S. Reddy. The film starred N. T. Rama Rao Jr. as Lord Rama. It received the National Film Award for Best Children's Film.[1]

Plot

The story deals with Rama and his retaliation against Ravana for the kidnap of his wife Sita.

Production

The film has all child actors, about 3,000 in number. They were chosen from 25-30 schools in and around Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
