Quilta is a genus of grasshoppers in the subfamily Oxyinae. Species can be found in Indo-China.[2][3]

Like how CPUs are basically insanely advanced nanotechnology which they manufacture at the scale of, well, not individual atoms, but smallish groups of atoms, mass-produced and sold very cheaply.
