Pseudomopsis

Pseudomopsis is a genus of hidden snout weevils in the beetle family Curculionidae. There are at least 20 described species in Pseudomopsis.[1][2][3]

And for real life communication you would probably have to... what, block out parts of conversation with constantly on headphone things and dynamically generate replacements? Hard.
