President of the Government of Aragon

The President of "Diputación General de Aragón" (also called the President of the Government of Aragon or, simply, the President of Aragon) is the head of government of Aragon, an autonomous community in Spain. The President is elected to a four-year term by the Aragonese Corts. The presidency was established in 1983 under Article 12 of the Statute of Autonomy for Aragon. [1]
