Poole People Party

The Poole People Party (known simply as Poole People) is a movement and local political party in Poole, Dorset, England.[4] The party had four councillors for most of the 2011–2015 term due to a defection by a Conservative councillor.[5] In the 2019 local elections for the new Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, seven councillors were elected, an increase of four.[6] This saw the party join the Unity Alliance Administration[7]. However, in October of that year two councillors resigned from the group to sit as independents, but remained as part of the administration[8].
