Ponosova (Russian: Поносова) is a rural locality (a village) in Yorgvinskoye Rural Settlement, Kudymkarsky District, Perm Krai, Russia. The population was 112 as of 2010.[2] There are 8 streets.

Geography
It is located 21 km north-east from Kudymkar.
