In Greek mythology, the female name Polymede (Πολυμήδη) may refer to:

Polymede, a daughter of Autolycus by Mestra, Neaera or Amphithea and a possible mother of Jason by Aeson.[1][2]
Polymede, the mother of Nestor by Neleus, more commonly known as Chloris.[3]
