Poisonous Candy Factory is the second DVD released by third wave ska/funk/pop band, Suburban Legends. It was officially released on March 4, 2008, but was also sold at a release party at the Key Club in Los Angeles on February 29, 2008.

The DVD was announced in January 2008, via the official Mailing list email update and shortly after, announced officially.

The DVD includes three live performances from Slim's in San Francisco, DeepRockDrive in Las Vegas, and The Knitting Factory in Los Angeles. In addition to these performances, the DVD contains two music videos, "Come Back Home" and Infectious", videos from "Suburban Legends TV" (Suburban Legends' YouTube videos) such as "SL Cribs", "Tales from the Road" and "Hot Tracks", and "hours of extra material".
