Piper Ritter

Piper Marten Ritter is an American, former collegiate right-handed softball pitcher, originally from Farmington, New Mexico. Ritter played for the Minnesota Gophers softball team from 2001-04, being named a 4-time All-Big Ten Conference honoree and the school career leader in WHIP.[1] She is the current Head Coach at Minnesota.[2]

Ritter served as an assistant coach at Minnesota for 13 seasons under 4 different head coaches.

On May 3, 2020, Piper Ritter was announced as the new head coach of the Minnesota softball program.[3][4][5]
