Pink Lady (1979 album)

Pink Lady (also known in Japan as Pink Lady in the USA (ピンク・レディー・イン・USA, Pinku Redī in Yū Esu Ē)) was Pink Lady's debut album in the United States, released in the U.S. on June 1, 1979 on the Elektra Records label, and in Japan on September 5, 1979.[1] One single was released from this album, "Kiss in the Dark", which reached the No. 37 position on the American Billboard Top 40, and the 19th position on the Oricon charts.[2] All tracks were sung in English. Only three tracks are original. Strangely, none of the songs (original nor cover) were performed on their American TV show, Pink Lady and Jeff; instead, songs from We Are Sexy were featured.[3]
