Phil Boots
Phillip "Phil" L. Boots is a Republican member of the Indiana Senate, representing the 23rd District since 2006. He attended both Wabash College and Milligan College. Boots proposed eliminating the Board of County Commissioners for 91 Indiana counties in 2008.[2]
