Phases (stylized as PHASES) is the second studio album by Australian pop band Chase Atlantic, released on 28 June 2019 and is the follow up to their debut self-titled album released in 2017.[2][1][3]

Promotion
The album was preceded by three singles, "Her", "Stuckinmybrain" and "Love Is (Not) Easy" which were released on 10 May 2019, 24 May 2019, and 7 June 2019, respectively.
