Phalonidia lavana

Phalonidia lavana is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in eastern North America, where it has been recorded from Maryland, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec.[2]
