Pethia

Pethia is a genus of small freshwater fish in the family Cyprinidae native to South Asia, East Asia(only Pethia stoliczkana recorded)and Mainland Southeast Asia.[2] Some species are commonly seen in the aquarium trade. The name Pethia is derived from the Sinhalese "pethia", a generic word used to describe any of several small species of cyprinid fishes.[1] For decades, members of this genus were included in Puntius until a recent revision.[1]

There are currently 39 recognized species in this genus:

gollark: Well, to some extent, but they *should not be in my OS.*
gollark: If I ever have to use Windows I'll just run Windows 9.
gollark: It's undocumented if you have to rely on a random third party source. Especially when half of them disagree with each other.
gollark: I don't want to delve into cryptic undocumented realms of configuration to apply tweaks which will randomly break later.
gollark: On Arch the only "set dates" are stuff like "you need to update pacman within a year or so before we break backward compatibility".
