Peritornenta spilanthes

Peritornenta spilanthes is a moth in the family Depressariidae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1933. It is found in Fiji.[1]

The wingspan is about 14 mm. The forewings are white, strewn with numerous small rather dark brown spots, tending to coalesce in rather oblique or irregular transverse series. The extreme costal edge is white but tinged crimson rose just beneath the edge. The hindwings are white, the apical edge tinged grey.[2]
