Paterswolde
Paterswolde is a town in the Dutch province of Drenthe. It is a part of the municipality of Tynaarlo, and lies about 8 km south of Groningen.

The statistical area "Paterswolde", which can also include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 3760.[1]
A small part of the village, on the south end of the lake Paterwoldsemeer, lies in the province of Groningen, in the municipality of Haren.
