Pass of the Republic
Pass of the Republic (Bulgarian: Проход на Републиката), is a mountain pass in the Balkan Mountains (Stara Planina) in Bulgaria. It connects Veliko Tarnovo and Gurkovo.[1]

It is also known as Hainboaz Pass (Проход на Хаинбоаз).[2]
It was built in the 1960s.
