There are currently three recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Parasaccogaster melanomycter (Cohen, 1981)
- Parasaccogaster normae (Cohen & J. G. Nielsen, 1972)
- Parasaccogaster rhamphidognatha (Cohen, 1987)
