PH-1 (rapper)

Park Jun-won (Hangul: 박준원, born July 23, 1989),[2] better known by his stage name PH-1 (stylized as pH-1), is a Korean American rapper based in South Korea.[1] He released his debut extended play, The Island Kid, in 2017,[3] followed by the full-length albums, HALO, in 2019,[4] and X in 2020.[5]

Early life and education

Park was born in South Korea and moved with his family to Long Island, New York when he was about 12 years old.[1] He studied biology at Boston College and worked for a web development company before moving back to South Korea in 2016 to pursue a career as a rapper.[6]
