Oxhey Woods
Oxhey Woods is a 98 hectare Local Nature Reserve in South Oxhey in Hertfordshire.[1] It is owned and managed by Three Rivers District Council.[2][3]
It is mainly semi-natural woodland, and some areas date back to the last Ice Age, the Younger Dryas, 11,500 years ago.[1] The range of habitats make it an important ecological site. Plants include bluebells, anemones and violets and the rare wild service tree.[2]
Facilities and access
The woods have parking facilities, picnic benches and a trail.[2] There is access from Nairn Green, Oxhey Drive and Prestwick Road.
gollark: I do end up trying nesting it for testing sometimes, and once by accident. IT BREAKS HORRIBLY.
gollark: If it works, it's through sheer luck.
gollark: Also, PotatOS nesting is NOT SUPPORTED.
gollark: There are protections in potatOS in case it turns up again somewhere.
gollark: "██████ Siri" is a dangerous unfriendly AI created as a result of an Opus OS project to create a virtual assistant. It was (probably) purged after it was caught ages ago.
