The song describes the singer, a person who is out of control after blindly following someone's orders, losing that persons trust, and not knowing what to do or who to trust, looking for answers to his pain and sadness.

The song also features backing vocals by Ian Watkins and Jamie Oliver of the Welsh alternative metal band Lostprophets.

The music video was directed by Nathan Cox. It features the group going into a club and performs while getting dizzy as crowds cheer them on.
