Oktyabrsky (Russian: Октябрьский) is a rural locality (a settlement) and the administrative center of Oktyabrskoye Rural Settlement, Paninsky District, Voronezh Oblast, Russia. The population was 806 as of 2010.[2] There are 11 streets.

Geography
It is located on the right bank of the Ikorets River.

gollark: Icecast has a public icecast directory and apparently it doesn't actually have any mechanism to check that your submission is, you know, *true*.
gollark: I used icecast briefly due to issues with mpd streaming to a Discord bot but it was bad.
