Based on the "'98 Formula One World Championship".[2]
Reception
Adam Pavlacka reviewed the PC version of the game for Next Generation, rating it two stars out of five, and stated that "The game is solid and the graphics decent, but there isn't anything groundbreaking - or especially exciting - here."[3]
GameSpot said, "Official Formula 1 Racing achieves only moderate success either as an arcade racer or as a serious simulation.". They awarded the game a score of 6.8 (fair).[4]
