Though only a few reviews were made, it was praised for its work, despite being mostly a demo. Although it was said that "there is not much here that can make it stand apart," many said its piano intro and Spanish guitar outro were a very good build on the album. It was also said that it was recorded in only two days.[3]

Only two of the songs from this album, "A Gradual Awakening" and "Isengard Unleashed", were available for download from the band's then official site.[4] All the songs on this EP were re-recorded for their first full-length release, Immersed by the Flames of Mankind.[5]

Personnel

gollark: Ah, so if two adjacent things are the same and both extrema it wants the midpoint?
gollark: If they mean approximately the same things as in the calculus I did, then if the gradient was positive/negative on one side and the same sign on the other it would not be a maximum/minimum but just an inflection point. But if the gradient changes sign, then it can be, and this probably requires a different value to on either side. But I don't really get what they're saying either.
gollark: I think to be a valid maximum/minimum it has to be >/< but *not* equal?
gollark: This is quite complicated. I may need a while.
gollark: I "can" read it "for" you?
