Novoshilikovo (Russian: Новошиликово) is a rural locality (a village) in Tangatarovsky Selsoviet, Burayevsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 46 as of 2010.[2] There is one street.

It is located 36 km from Burayevo, 6 km from Tangatarovo.
