Novomikhaylovka (Russian: Новомихайловка) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Novomikhaylovsky Selsoviet of Oktyabrsky District, Amur Oblast, Russia. The population was 416 as of 2018.[2] There are 8 streets.
