Nizhnaya Poltavka
Nizhnaya Poltavka (Russian: Нижняя Полтавка) is a rural locality (a selo) in Nizhnepoltavsky Selsoviet of Konstantinovsky District, Amur Oblast, Russia. The population was 1177 as of 2018.[2] There are 12 streets.
