Nirosha

Nirosha Ramki is an Indian film and television actress. She is known for her works predominantly in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada films. After her debut in the blockbuster Tamil film Agni Natchathiram (1988, directed by Mani Ratnam), Nirosha went on to appear in many successful and critically acclaimed films. She has acted in over a hundred movies in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada. She was a leading actress from 1988 to 1995. After her marriage to actor Ramki in 1995, she quit acting. After a hiatus, in 2000 she started to work as a supporting actress.
