Ninni Kronberg

Maria Johanna (Ninni) Kronberg (18741946), was a Swedish physiologist in nutrition. Kronberg was employed at Rydsgårds mejeri. In 1933, Ninni Kronberg invented a better way of manufacturing Powdered milk. Her work was patented in several countries: in Sweden from 1937.
