Nineveh, Missouri

Nineveh is an unincorporated community in Nineveh Township, Adair County, Missouri, United States.[1]

History

Nineveh was founded in 1849 by a small colony of German settlers from Bethel, Missouri who wanted to create a communal society.[2] A post office called Nineveh was established in 1852, and remained in operation until 1882.[3] The community was named after the ancient city of Nineveh.[4]

gollark: I never actually learned how python dependency management works apart from just `pip install --user whatever` so anyone using my stuff will probably have similar issues.
gollark: Although I think part of the issue is that HTML/CSS is actually a reasonably nice cross-platform environment to write against, in a way not really matched by anything else with the same ubiquity.
gollark: Yes. I can, happily, mostly just run them in my browser.
gollark: I use Void Linux for purposes, I find it much nicer than Raspbian. Also more lightweight.
gollark: Perhaps it has some sort of connection tracking limit.
