Niger at the 2008 Summer Paralympics
Niger sent a delegation to compete at the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing, People's Republic of China. According to official records, the country's only representative was powerlifter Zakari Amadou.[1]

gollark: This is possible, yes. If you manage to do well at level-1 bluffing or whatever, but everyone else is doing level 2, you will fail UTTERLY worse than a RNG.
