Nick Bitsko
Nick Bitsko is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Tampa Bay Rays organization. He was selected 24th overall by the Rays in the 2020 Major League Baseball draft.

Career
His offer to Virginia came after his freshman high school season.[1]
Bitsko gained notoriety due to the circumstances of his draft stock rising; due to the coronavirus pandemic, few Major League Baseball scouts have seen him pitch and much of the data collected has been collected virtually.[2] He was the top-rated prospect for the 2021 MLB Draft according to Baseball America, but reclassified to the 2020 MLB Draft.[3]
Bitsko was selected 24th overall by the Tampa Bay Rays in the 2020 Major League Baseball draft.[4] Bitsko signed with the Rays on June 23 for a $3 million bonus.[5]
